Twirling Tots (Ages 3-4) Class Schedule

Ballet Basics & Creative Movement: Saturdays 10:00-10:45am

This class we will learn the basic techniques of ballet. This class is designed for your child to learn about movement while being creative and having fun! TT Ballet & Creative Movement is the perfect introductory class to get your little ones moving.


Kicking Cuties (Ages 5-6) Class Schedule

Intro to Ballet/Tap Combo: Wednesdays  4:45-5:45pm or Saturdays 11:00am-12:00pm

This class will introduce the basic techniques for ballet and tap. The hour will be split between the two styles to create well-rounded dancers. This class will be full of learning and fun and is designed for first time dancers to discover their love of dance!


Dancing Divas (Ages 7-11) Class Schedule

Ballet I: Mondays 4:45-5:30pm

This class will explore the techniques of ballet and will further enhance the beginning lessons of this style. We will focus on body placement, technique, and structure to build the basics needed for all dance styles. DD Ballet will include stretch, barre, and center focusing on core alignment and positioning.

Ballet II:
Fridays 4:45-5:30pm

This class is for students who have taken at least 3 years of prior ballet training. This class is heavily focused on ballet technique and will work at a faster pace with harder goals than Ballet I. Only students who are really interested in increasing their Ballet knowledge and perfecting their technique should take this class. Ballet II will include stretch, barre, across the floor, and center.

Jazz: Tuesdays  4:45-5:30pm

This class combines ballet and contemporary movement as well as modern music. We will cover basic jazz techniques and build on them throughout the class. DD Jazz is an introduction to jazz techniques using stretch, warmup, across the floor, and choreography.

Tap: Thursdays 4:45-5:30pm

This class will work on the techniques and dynamics of tap. We will further enhance the beginning lessons of this style focusing on sound, foot placement, and stage presence. DD Tap will incorporate stretch, warmup, across the floor, and center.

Hip Hop:
Saturdays 1:00-1:45pm

This class will introduce students to the basic movements and culture of hip hop. Hip hop is a high-energy, varied movement dance form. This style of dance doesn't follow any rules, and focuses on footwork. Classes will begin with warm-up and stretch, followed by foundation steps, and a dance routine. No previous experience is necessary. Bring your attitude, laughs, and energy and let's dance! 


Juniors & Seniors (Ages 12-18) Class Schedule

Ballet: Mondays  5:45-6:45pm

This class will build on the foundations of ballet by continuing work on alignment and positioning. Class will consist of stretch, barre, center, across the floor, and choreographed combos. Dancers will also be introduced to increasing challenges as the year progresses. Juniors & Seniors Ballet is recommended for students who have taken at least 2-3 years of ballet.

Lyrical/Contemporary: Tuesdays  5:45-6:45pm

This class will express emotions through body movement to create thought and feeling-evoking dance combinations. This style combines ballet and jazz techniques with a focus on story telling and dynamic movements. Lyrical/Contemporary focuses heavily on ballet technique; at least 1 year of prior ballet training is recommended.

Musical Theatre Mashup: Wednesdays  6:00-6:45pm

This class is geared to those who are looking to become a triple threat! This class will prepare students to be able to pickup choreography quickly, understand dance vocabulary, and have great stage presence. The three styles taught in this class will be ballet, tap, and jazz. This is not a recital class and there will be no final performance. This class is run as a workshop.

Jazz: Fridays  5:45-6:45pm

This class combines ballet and contemporary movement as well as modern music. We will cover further jazz techniques and build on them throughout the class. We will focus on the characterization of the music and find movement that follows the dynamics of each song. This class will move at a faster pace and focus heavily on musicality. At least 1 year of prior ballet or jazz training is recommended for this class.

Tap: Thursdays 5:45-6:45pm

This class will work on the techniques and dynamics of tap. We will further enhance the lessons of this style focusing on sound, foot placement, and stage presence. Tap movement will get more difficult at this level including stretch, warmup, across the floor, center, and choreography combos. At least 1-2 years of prior tap training is recommended for this class.
